This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the Terms and Conditions of FATIMAHPHD, LLC (“Company”) and affiliate entities, if applicable. We care about your (“user”) privacy and have developed this Policy to describe the terms and conditions relating to information we collect, how that information may be used, with whom it may be shared, and your choices, in connection with your use of our websites, including www.professionalpathways.co,  www.beyondthetenuretrack.com, www.fatimahwilliams.com, and any of our products and services and other websites that link to this Policy (collectively, our “Sites.”). It also applies to information that we collect when you communicate with us, and information we collect through offline methods. Please read this Policy carefully before using our Sites or providing any information to us.

FATIMAHPHD, LLC owns all intellectual property rights created in the services offered and the systems and materials used to provide such services, including all modifications, improvements, upgrades and derivative works. Company does not grant user any rights to, or in, patents, copyright, database right, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) or any other rights or licenses in respect of the services or any other rights, titles or interests in Company’s intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to grant permission to sell or otherwise use the intellectual property of Company in an effort to realize profit or for any other commercial use. Any unauthorized copying, alteration, distribution, transmission, performance, display or other use of intellectual property described herein is strictly prohibited and may result in an action for enforcement or an action to recover damages. 

Information We Collect

Information You Directly Provide to Us

  • Your Account Information:

When you use our Sites, you may provide certain information directly to us, for example, your first and last name, email address, country of residence, and other requested information. You may also be required to create a username and password and we may collect your address and payment information. 

  • Your Interaction and Communication with Us:

We collect information when you interact and communicate with us. The specific types of information we collect will depend on the forum in which you interact or communicate with us, such as:

  • If you send us an email, we will collect your email address and the content of your email.

  • If you inquire about our products and services, or download or request our resources, we will collect your contact information.

We also collect your payment information when you make a purchase from our Sites such as your credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers.  

  • Events:

When you register for or attend our events, we (or a service provider on our behalf), will collect your first and last name, email address, payment information, and we may take a photo of you for the applicable event. We shall have the right to use your name, image and likeness and/or voice by any means and in connection with the advertising, publicizing, sales promotion or exhibition or our services and/or products; to edit the same at our discretion and use it with the likeness of others and with sound effects, special effects, digital effects or music; to incorporate the same into other materials in any manner or medium. You further agree that we will own all right, title and interest in the same.

We don’t rent or sell your personal information (any information that is identifiable to you).

We use third parties to assist us with operating our business and providing our Sites, such as our technology vendors that help us maintain our Sites and partners that assist us with our marketing and communication. We are based in the United States, and our Sites are hosted there. If you are using our Sites from another country, the laws governing our collection and use of information may be different from the laws of your country. If you decide to use our Sites, or share your information with us, you are agreeing to be governed by the laws of the United States and agree to the transfer of your information to the United States.

Third Party Websites and Services

Our Sites may contain links to other websites operated by third parties, and may include social media features such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram buttons or links. These third-party sites may collect information about you if you click on a link and the social media sites may automatically record information about your browsing behavior every time you visit a site that has a social media button. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the link, not this Policy.  

Changes to this Policy

We may make changes to this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page. We encourage you to read this page each time that you use our Sites so that you will be aware of any changes, and your continued use of our Sites shall constitute your acceptance of any such changes. Changes to this Policy take effect from the date of publication, unless stated otherwise.
