EMERGE
A Leadership Cohort where Skills Building + Soul Care Meet
You may be a bit battle weary by this point of the year –
bruised from the hard work of ethically reducing your team or budget, rapidly responding to deep institutional pivots, completing major organizational projects by the sweat of your brow, and defending your values and work amidst weak support.
I hear this from leaders like you everyday in my coaching sessions: you’ve taken the leadership courses, you know your StrengthsFinder and DiSC, you aren’t new to being on the frontlines and getting results.
But this moment is different.
Your intuition is telling you something must change.
The way you approach work.
The way you prioritize your personal and work pursuits.
The way you show up in your role, sometimes owning it, sometimes uncertain or even hiding.
The way you overwhelm your team members or take over their tasks even when, underneath it all, you mean them no harm.
The way you give deeply in your role to the point of exhaustion or depletion.
Here’s what I know about this sacred moment of life and work.
You don’t actually need a lot of career strategy, assessments or advancement advice.
This moment calls for…
Pause to clear out the grit and weight of the last few months.
Renewed vision for yourself and your relationship to your work– whether your job or your purpose work.
Embodiment of the leader within that’s ready to emerge with greater influence, congruence and fulfillment.
A lightweight, manageable plan to focus your priorities and attention as the noise outside grows.
An integrated experience where your professional, personal and spiritual self can learn and receive support without leaving parts of you at the door.
I’ve created EMERGE just for you – it’s an intimate learning cohort of leaders, trailblazers and professionals to reset your spirit, your vision and your skills for the work ahead.
Think of this cohort experience as part soul care, part planning, and part leadership skills sharpening. You’ll join me, a soulfully-driven strategist and executive coach with 15+ years experience guiding leaders to their highest and best contributions even in tumultuous times, and generous peers who hold their values, leadership commitments, and purpose to a high standard and will treat yours with the same respect and care.

“I see some of my blindspots and walk away from the program with tools to better relate to and manage my team.”
“I really wish I had this training earlier in my career. It’s amazing how I’ve made it to this level without some of these leadership insights and methodologies. This program has given me go-to tools to shape my organization’s direction and support my staff to achieve our shared goals with less efforting and interpersonal push-pull.”
“There’s this spiritual aspect to Fatimah’s work that is tough to explain. Her teaching blends sharp business strategy and leadership fundamentals with an intuitive edge.”
