Next Level Leader Academy is a cohort of diverse middle- and senior-level professionals from a variety of industries, united by our commitment to mission-driven work, personal growth and professional excellence.

Your Instructor + Executive Coach

Dr. Fatimah Williams is an executive coach and strategist, equipping high-achieving professionals and organizations to build, lead, and live well. Her professional development guidance has been featured in Essence Magazine, LMCTV-New York, The Chronicle of Higher Education, Black Doctor, and Scientific American. She is the author of three books: The Professional Pathways Planner, Be Bold: Launch Your Job Search or Career Change with Confidence, and Options for Success (Oxford UP, 2024).

Dr. Williams is the founder of Professional Pathways, and holds a doctorate in Cultural Anthropology from Rutgers University and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Virginia. She is the recipient of the University of Virginia Cultural Fluency Class Award, speaks Spanish, and has lived in Latin America and Africa.

She has been a board member of the University of Virginia Alumni Association and advisory council member of the Zimmerli Art Museum. She lives in Atlanta with her rescue dog Rey.

    Coworking sessions are attendance optional.
