Activate Intuition In Your Workflow

Intuition is your most overlooked productivity tool. You’re committed to doing great work and delivering results.

If you slow down for just a second, you also notice when things start to feel out of balance. Often we feel it in our bodies – a gut feeling, tightness in your chest, or uneasiness when approaching your work.

We intuitively know when things feel out of balance. To get back into alignment, ask yourself these questions:

  1. What is truly necessary?

Piling on the to-do’s creates excess and overwhelm.

2. How can I shift my expectation?

Review your timeline, your standard for deliverables, and the level of support you need.

3. What practices can I stop or start to do this with ease?

Check for times when you keep moving the goal post or fail to acknowledge completed milestones.

4. Where do I feel a pull?

Take notice of projects, ideas, or practices you are drawn to, even if they’re new to you. This may be your intuition signaling it’s time to change what you’re doing or how you are approaching what you’re currently doing.

How can you begin to recognize and activate your intuition in your workflow?
