* Professional Pathways elite coaching programs include Executive Coaching, Strategy Intensives, Options for Success and Next Level Leader Academy. Coaching alumni are senior leaders, executives, and advanced middle-career professionals in various sectors, including nonprofit, higher education, and business. Most, but not all, alumni are diverse women of color.

• Spotlight: Dr. Fatimah and the group provide insights and support to two alumni regarding a specific project or challenge they are facing currently. 

• Upcoming Events Preview: Dr. Fatimah shares a snapshot of 2025 PP events and final remarks. 

After the event, Team Professional Pathways will circulate a private directory of all Alumni Gathering attendees. Only those who attend the event will receive this list. We do this to respect the sacredness of the gathering and the connections made there.
